Click start under VIRUS DETECTION

Check “I ACCEPT” under the End-User License Agreement.
Click “NEXT”.
Check “I CONSENT” under the Privacy Policy.
Click “NEXT”.
Answer yes to the pop ups from “SYMANTEC”.
The number of files scanned should start to increase

After the scan is completed (30 minutes to an hour) the screen will read “YOUR COMPUTER IS SAFE” or “YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED”

If your computer is infected, print the page and call us with the results. In some cases we will ask you to fax us a copy. Make sure that when you fax your virus scan results to us, you put your name and number on the first page.
